Ileana received a B.S in Chemical Engineering from UC Riverside. She started her involvement with SHPE in 2011, and served as the President for SHPE at UCR. Upon graduation, she served as the community outreach chair for SHPE San Diego. SHPE SD recognized her with the "Most Valuable Professional" award in 2014.
Ileana now works for Southern California Gas Company and is pursuing an M.B.A at the University of Southern California. Her favorite quote is "Believe you can and you're halfway there" by Theodore Roosevelt. |
